Founder & General Manager


With over 32 years of experience, Elie is the Founder and General Manager of Phoenician. He has extensive expertise in the landscaping and water leisure field across the UAE, KSA, and Lebanon. As an executive, he is responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategy, leading overall management, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Elie’s vision has always been to build not just landscapes and structures, but lasting relationships based on trust, quality, and commitment. He places strong confidence in Phoenician’s employees, whom he considers the backbone of the company, and inspires them with his trust in their expertise, passion, and integrity on every project.

Mohamed Ahmed Rashed

Project Director


In his role as Project Director, Mohamed brings over 27 years of experience in the landscaping field to handle Phoenician’s projects; including several large-scale projects spread across the country. Mohamed’s responsibilities cover the on-site resource management, advising and supporting teams on specific systems, in addition to leading and handling several large projects independently.

Osama Kamal

Maintenance & Service Manager


A recent addition to the team, Osama brings expertise gained through a two-decade long career in project management and landscaping services to his position at Phoenician as Maintenance Manager, with a team of 200+ members. Osama’s responsibilities include coordination of internal and external resources, overseeing Maintenance & Services contracts' execution, cost effectiveness, budgeting, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, resourcing and delivery.

Dolly Harb

HR & Office Manager


With over 28 years of experience in HR management, Dolly has worked in various sectors (UN, embassies, multinational companies, law firms) prior to being one of Phoenician’s founders in 2011. On top of her HR specialization, she has a Bachelor in Business Administration and certificates as Paralegal in different law firms. She oversees the implementation of the HR policies and procedures of the company. Dolly’s key responsibilities are to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues, managing the recruitment and selection process. In addition, her responsibilities as Office Manager, include but are not limited to, keeping all Phoenician offices running smoothly by carrying out a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks.

Marwa Mrad

Accounts Manager


In her 12 years of experience, Marwa has managed and overseen the daily operations of the accounting department, monitored and analyzed accounting data and produced financial reports/statements. Additionally, she has established and enforced proper accounting methods, policies and principles. A year ago, Marwa took over as Finance Manager. Her tasks include preparing monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries, budgeting and forecasting, leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers, presenting findings to the board, and managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems by acting as the first point of contact for external auditors.

Jonathan Villorente

Techno-commercial Manager


He has been occupying the position of Engineering and Estimation Manager since joining Phoenician 12 years ago. Now he has also taken charge as Phoenician Techno-commercial Manager with over 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction sectors. Known for a strategic approach to project management, he has successfully led diverse teams in delivering complex projects on time. Jonathan’s responsibilities are: leading engineering teams in the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, managing the estimation processes, ensuring accurate cost assessments, and supporting strategic decision-making.

With over 20 years of experience in the design and landscaping sectors, Bennyson has spent the past 12 years successfully leading diverse teams at Phoenician, consistently executing complex projects to a high standard. He oversees the design team, setting the creative vision and direction for all projects to ensure the output aligns with the company’s brand and business objectives.

Procurement Manager


With over 22 years of experience in procurement across some of the UAE’s leading landscaping contractors prior to joining Phoenician, he brings deep industry knowledge and a strong network of suppliers and connections. He has successfully implemented modern procurement policies and oversees procurement and logistics. His key responsibilities include managing the full procurement cycle to ensure the timely, efficient, and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services essential to the company’s operations.
