Founder & General Manager


With over 32 years of experience, Elie is the Founder of Phoenician and the General Manager. He has more than three decades of experience in the Landscaping & Water Leisure Field across the UAE, KSA and Lebanon. He is an executive who develops and executes company strategy, lead the overall management of the company and delegate/oversee the day-to-day operations. Elie’s vision and focus was always to build not just landscapes and structures, but lasting relationships based on trust, quality, and commitment. In addition, he has high confidence in Phoenician employees, calling them the backbone of the company, he inspires them and trusts that they bring expertise, passion and integrity to every project

Mohamed Ahmed Rashed

Project Director


In his role as Project Director, Mohamed utilizes over 27 years of experience in the Landscaping Field to handle Phoenician’s projects; including several large-scale projects spread across the country. Mohamed’s responsibilities cover the on-site resource management, advising and supporting teams on specific/complex systems, in addition to leading and handling several large projects independently.

A recent addition to the team, Osama brings expertise gained through a two-decade-long career Project Management and Landscaping services to his position in Phoenician as Head of Maintenance, with a team of 200+ members. Osama’s responsibilities include coordination of internal and external resources, overseeing Maintenance & Services contracts execution, cost effective, budgeting, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, resourcing and delivery.

Dolly Harb

HR & Office Manager


Over 28 years of experience in Admin/HR Management, Dolly has worked in various sectors (UN, embassies, multi-national companies, law firms) prior to be one of Phoenician founders in 2011. On top of her HR specialisation, she has a Bachelor in Business Administration and certificates as Paralegal in different law firms. She was on top of the implementation of the HR policies & procedures of the company. Dolly’s key responsibilities are to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands/requests, grievances or other issues, managing the recruitment and selection process. In addition, her responsibilities as Office Manager, including but not limited to, to keep all Phoenician offices running smoothly by carrying out a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks.

Marwa Mrad

Accounting Manager
Acting as Finance Manager


Over 12 years of experience, Marwa has managed and overseen the daily operations of the accounting department, monitored and analysed accounting data and produced financial reports/statements. In addition to establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles. Since a year, Marwa took over the Finance Manager tasks as preparing monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries, budgeting and forecasting, leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the board, managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems by acting the first point of contact for external auditors.

Jonathan Villorente

Commercial Manager


He is occupying the position of Engineering and Estimation Manager since joining Phoenician 12 years ago. Now he is assigned also as Phoenician Commercial Manager with over 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction sectors. Known for a strategic approach to project management, he has successfully led diverse teams in delivering complex projects on time. Jonathan’s responsibilities are leading engineering teams in the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objective, managing the estimation processes, ensuring accurate cost assessments, and supporting strategic decision-making.

With over 20years of experience in the design and landscape sectors, he has successfully led diverse teams, in Phoenician since 12 years, delivering complex projects on time. Bennyson’s responsibilities are leading the design team in the execution of all projects by setting the creative vision and direction for the company's services and ensuring that the design output aligns with the overall brand and business objectives.

Naser Abumahfouz

Purchasing Manager


Over 22 years of experience in the Procurement field of the biggest Landscaping contractors in the UAE prior joining Phoenician. He has implemented the latest policies of the procurement with a wide data base of suppliers & connections. Purchasing, Stores & Logistics fall also under his responsibility. Key responsibilities include playing a critical role in managing an organization’s procurement processes to ensure that the right goods and services are acquired efficiently and cost-effectively.
