Civil & Landscape Engineer
Phoenician Technical Services is seeking a skilled Civil & Landscape Engineer to join our team in Dubai on a full-time basis, with immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and coordinate civil and landscape designs.
- Coordinate external works, roads, grading, levels, drainage, and site development.
- Coordinate hardscape, softscape, planting, paving, irrigation, and landscape infrastructure.
- Integrate landscape requirements for lagoons, water features, swimming pools, amenities, and public spaces.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, infrastructure, and specialist disciplines.
- Review BIM/Revit models, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical proposals.
- Identify and resolve design clashes, level discrepancies, drainage issues, and interface challenges.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical solutions to construction-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in civil and landscape design/coordination, preferably on high-rise, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, waterfront, or large-scale developments
- Strong experience in external works, grading, drainage, hardscape, softscape, paving, roads, walkways, and site development
- Strong knowledge of applicable civil, landscape, drainage, irrigation, and authority requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit/BIM, MS Office, and relevant landscape/civil design software
- Experience in multidisciplinary coordination, BIM coordination, shop drawing review, and design development
- Strong technical, analytical, coordination, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- UAE/GCC project experience and knowledge of local authority requirements is an advantage
