Construction Manager
Phoenician Technical Services is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Dubai on a full-time basis, with immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Review project requirements, develop work schedules, and estimate costs.
- Supervise on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
- Coordinate and manage general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor daily progress and prepare internal and external project status reports.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Manage materials, equipment, inventory, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential project risks, resolve site issues, and implement preventive measures.
- Review contractual requirements, negotiate agreements, and coordinate necessary permits and licenses.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, safety, and construction requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- University Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Landscaping field experience
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of UAE experience
- Fluent in English
- Professional certification, such as CCM (certified construction manager), AC (associate constructor), or CPC (certified professional constructor)
- A team player with proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
