Civil Site Engineer
Phoenician Technical Services is looking for a motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai on a full-time basis, with immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and review drawings, reports, test results, and other technical documents.
- Assist with technical studies, feasibility assessments, and construction planning.
- Coordinate site manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental requirements across site activities.
- Identify technical issues and delays, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor project progress, prepare site reports, and communicate updates to management.
- Manage material requirements, equipment procurement, and resource allocation within approved budgets.
- Coordinate with consultants, project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate technical records, permits, and project documentation.
- Support project handover and ensure completed works meet the required standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- University Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a similar field
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of Landscaping experience in similar roles
- Fluent in English
- A team player with proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Proven working experience in Civil Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.
